Abdominal exercises are your arsenal at sculpting and toning your tummy. I am strict when it comes to these, almost always exercising my abs until exhaustion. My militant mantra is “If you are not burning, you are not earning”, meaning you have to work for your washboard and a good indicator is that post work out soreness that sets in on the abs after my workouts.

Here I have highlighted my 3 top favorite abs exercises guaranteed to give you a run for your money!

A. BALL BUSTERS: Lay your back on a yoga ball with your knees bent 90 degrees and your workout buddy holding your feel down. Lean all the way back holding a small 5 pound weight behind your neck crunching up and actually curling your torso inwards towards your belly button and at the same time turning your pelvic muscles up.

B. THE PENDULUM: Lay on the floor while holding your work out partner’s ankles. Bring your legs up and have your partner push them down to the floor and then snap your legs back up-the key is to use resistance when your legs are being pushed down.

C. HANGING KNEE RAISES: When I first put myself into these arm straps, I thought that it was some kind torture device! But know I only have my abs thanking me! Hang in 2 arm slings with elbows bent and locked, and gently raise your knees into your chest.

I think Naomi Campbell needs to get her act together and stop throwing temper tantrums. Unfortunately, this one might land her in jail.

I’m not so sure the source is credible because the article says the tape if from the wine cellar of Philippe restaurant in New York. Some employees say they have watched the tapes in question and that Sienna Miller and Diddy were hanging out watching. Sex tape? Probably more gossip than a real scandal. All those hoping to catch a glimpse of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen doing the bump and grind, keep hoping, I doubt the tapes in question will ever surface.

The Lindsay Lohan Sex Tape
As if the rumor of a Gisele sext tape weren’t enough for one week, on March 21st, thehotmag.com once again implicated another celebrity in a sex tape scandal. This time they asked, Does Lindsay Lohan Have a Sex Tape?

She may have stripped for Playboy and New York magazine, but that does not mean that she is at the center of a sex scandal. Honestly, nothing Lindsay Lohan does these days will ever suprise me. She’s pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel of celebrity culture and she’s already revealed so much of her naughty bits that nobody is really going to be suprised if a sex tape involving Lindsay Lohan does surface.

There is actually a link to another blog in this article that has stills (some raunchy pictures of a woman that vaguely resembles Kristin Davis) but I think this sex tape scandal, like the Gisele Bundchen sex tape scandal are just hoaxes. Who know’s about the Lindsay Lohan sex tape scandal, it’s probably true knowing how skanky she is.
